- How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?

When you register as a new customer, you have the option to check the box “subscribe to the newsletter”. If you want to subscribe later, go to your account and click on the “my personal information” tab. All you have to do is tick the “subscribe to the newsletter” box.
If you would like to be informed about new products without creating an account, you can enter your e-mail address on the homepage.
If you want to unsubscribe, you will find an “unsubscribe me” link in the next newsletter. Click on the link and we won’t bother you again! But you may miss out on important information…
- How do you ensure the security of my personal information?
Your personal information is only used for the purposes of our business relationship. This information will not be shared or resold. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.
We are in the process of securing the site, but please note that all payment information goes directly through the bank’s site (Banque Populaire). You should also know that neither we nor the bank keep your data after the transaction.

- How to create my customer account?
Creating a customer account is very simple. You will find a “login” link at the top right. Click on the link or put your cursor down. Enter your e-mail address and click on “create an account”. A new page will appear, you will be asked to enter your contact information (last name, first name, password), fill in this form, validate, and your customer account is created.
If you wish to modify your account, click on your first and last name at the top right, then on the tab that corresponds to the modifications you wish to make. For example: click on the tab “my personal information” if you want to change your password or email address. Click on the “my addresses” tab if you want to change or add a delivery address.

- Where are your pants made ?
Our trousers and shorts collection is crafted in two quality European workshops.
A small family-run workshop near Naples, Italy, makes all our trousers in classic, slim fit, one-pleat and two-pleats cuts.
Our gurkha and fishtail trousers are made in Portugal or Italy.
- What are the preparation times if there is an alteration?
It takes an average of 7 days between the payment of your order and the day it is shipped.
When you order a pair of trousers with alterations (choice of length and finish before adding to the basket), your order is sent to our alteration shop. They process it within a few days and send it to us finished.
We usually ship the altered items the same day we receive them.

- What is the difference between the cuts?
We currently offer 6 cuts in our trouser collection:
- The fit cut
- The classic cut
- The one-pleat cut
- The two-pleats cut
- The Gurkha cut, of military origin
- The Fishtail cut, a retro design

- What alterations are possible?
For the sake of quality, our trousers are designed to be alterable to suit as many people as possible. The most noticeable point of this decision is the length of our trousers. Indeed, our trousers have a default inseam length of about 95 centimeters.
This allows our team in the shop, or your local alteration tailor, to adjust the trousers to the correct length. So, whatever your size, the length of your trousers will always be perfect! This service is also available for online orders (but not recommended if it is your first order).
It is also possible to make other alterations (waist width, leg width…). For more information, a complete Alterations Guide is available!
- Are the products sold online available made-to-measure?
Some of the products we offer in ready-to-wear are available made to measure. This means you can design the trousers as you like with the fabrics of your choice. As an indication, cotton chinos start at 250€. Vitale Barberis flannels start at 300€. For all the more unusual fabrics (shetland tweeds, whipcord, Irish linen), the price starts at 350€ and up depending on the fabric.

Return, refund and defective product
- What to do in case of damaged products or an order error?
In the case of a damaged product or an incorrectly prepared order, please contact us directly using the form at the bottom of the page or by email through [email protected] so that we can find the best solution.
- How do I return a product?
To return a product, go to your customer account, then in the “my orders” tab, click on the relevant order. Select the products you wish to return using the check marks, insert a reason for return in the text box and click on “generate a return”.
You can then return your item(s) in the following way:
1. Prepare a package. Make sure that the garment(s) are properly folded and protected. The original package is not necessary.
2. Include your invoice in the package. If not, a paper with your name and return number or a copy of the confirmation email.
3. Send it to this address:

Only if your order has been exported outside the European Union:
(4.) It is necessary to write on the parcel the mention “RETURNED GOODS” in an apparent way on the parcel.
—The return costs are at the customer’s expense. You can use the carrier of your choice. You can also drop off your products in our shop.
In case the complete order is returned for a refund, the initial shipping costs are refunded. In the case of an exchange, shipping of the exchanged item(s) is free.

- How do I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order is not being prepared, you can modify or cancel your order by calling us on +33 (0)1 83 81 05 50, by using the contact form at the bottom of the page, or by e-mail at: [email protected]
Some periods of the year are very busy, and we may not be able to see your request in time. We recommend that you pay close attention when placing your order in order to avoid this type of situation.
- What is the maximum time for a return?
You have 14 days to retract and return the products. If and only if the pants have not been altered.
Shipping and payment
- I didn't receive any confirmation email concerning my order
It is possible that emails from our website are in your spam/junk folder. If you cannot find the email, you can contact us by using the form at the bottom of the page.
- What are the preparation times if there is a touch-up?

- What about orders placed on weekends and public holidays?
If you have placed your order on a public holiday or at the weekend, your order will be prepared on the next open day.
- How can I track the progress of my order?
Your order is processed as soon as it is received by our team. You will find the history of your orders in your customer account. Click on the one you are interested in, and then you will be able to consult its follow-up. In addition, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with its tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress of your order until it is received on the dhl.fr website.
- Can my billing address be different from my delivery address?
Yes, you have the choice to change one of the two addresses when you order.
- What are the delivery times for France? What about abroad?
Orders are shipped within an average of 3 working days.
- What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by bank transfer, cheque or credit card or via PayPal in one or more instalments.
- Is it possible to collect my order in the shop?
Yes, when you place your order, you have the option to choose the Shop Pick-up option. You will receive an e-mail to let you know that your order is ready for collection.

- You do not make my size
We try to offer a complete size catalogue, but we are a small company that produces small volumes according to the textile industry standard.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer the full range of sizes without sacrificing quantity on the middle sizes.
However, we can always make all possible sizes with our custom-made service.
- How do I know my size?
The biggest difficulty in buying clothes online is finding the right size.
