We choose linen from drapers for its lightness and light weight. It is ideal for the warm seasons. This way the trousers fit well and have a long life. The more you wash the trousers, the softer and more comfortable they become. Linen is a fabric that ages well. Another advantage is that it dries very quickly, which makes it very pleasant in summer.

The weaver who designed this material is Bribane Moss with whom we have worked since ….. . Initially called Moss Brothers Limited were weavers and converters of corduroy and moleskin fabrics since the mid 19th century. In 1970 Moss Brothers took over Brisbane Jones, a local velvet and corduroy manufacturer and became known as Brisbane Moss Corduroys, in 1983 Brisbane Moss became part of the Chapman Group and launched a stock fabric service. Over the next decade the challenge will be to create exciting textile fabrications and fashion fabrics without further damaging the planet, Brisbane Moss has already accepted and met the challenge of sustainability, organic yarns, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification for dyeing, finishing, factory auditing and recycled packaging. The sustainability challenge continues as we aim to reduce our carbon footprint and launch innovative new fabrics, even using locally sourced and woven yarns on traditional Lancashire looms.

The tailor who designed this cut is C2S with whom we have been working since ….. C2S is a French tailor-made shirt company based in the Deux-Sèvres department. With more than 20 years of experience, we have acquired a real know-how in the tailoring of custom-made shirts. Selection of the best fabrics, attention to detail and quality are the values that have guided us over the years.

Dry cleaning is highly recommended for wool products. However, it should not be done often: only once a year, or even less! A simple steam ironing at home or at the dry cleaner’s is enough in most cases to remove odors, bacteria and to give a good fit.
