Mondial Relay Delivery is free in France.

European Union

Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, The Netherlands:

We offer Free delivery in Europe for orders over €150 through Mondial Relay (5€ otherwise).

We also offer:

• DHL Delivery 15€

Rest of the EU: 

We offer Free delivery in Europe for orders over €150 through Colissimo (10€ otherwise).

We also offer DHL Delivery at 20€.

Rest of the World

Delivery is free to the rest of the world for orders over €350 using DHL.

For orders below this amount, delivery fees range from €20 to €50, depending on the destination country.

About Taxes and Special Cases

Taxes

1. Orders Shipped Within the European Union (EU)

Orders shipped within the EU are exempt from any additional taxes upon delivery. In accordance with current regulations, the standard VAT of the destination country is applied at checkout.

2. Orders Shipped Outside the EU and to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)

2.1. Import Taxes and Customs Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU and to French Overseas Territories are subject to import taxes and customs duties.

Your order will be processed tax-free (excl. VAT) at checkout. During the importation and customs clearance process, the carrier (such as DHL Express) may issue an invoice for the duties, taxes, and fees applicable to your items.

We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance procedures at the destination.

2.2. Refusal to Pay, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

If you refuse to pay customs duties, taxes, or fees, or if your package is unclaimed and returned to us, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The following costs will be deducted from any potential refund:
• Return shipping fees.
• Any customs charges related to the return.
• Carrier processing fees.

If the returned goods are lost, damaged, or deemed non-returnable by customs, the refund may be reduced or forfeited entirely.

Important: In the event of a delay, refusal, or non-payment of taxes (including VAT where applicable) leading to the seizure of goods by customs and their subsequent return to France, all return costs and local fees will be deducted from your refund. If these costs exceed the original order amount, no refund will be issued. Please take this into account before placing your order.

If your country does not appear in the list when entering your address

Please feel free to send us a request so that we can explore possible solutions.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

We are unable to forward orders to another address once they have been shipped. We therefore ask you to carefully check that the delivery address you provide is correct.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

The In-Store Pickup service allows you to collect products purchased online at our store located at 50 Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg, 75007 Paris.

Please select this option when placing your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup in the store.

We will hold your order in the store for 14 days. If you do not collect your order within this period and do not respond to our notification, we will return the order and refund the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products purchased online and picked up in-store can be returned in-store.

Returns

What are the conditions for Returns or Exchanges?

You can return or exchange (for size) any item purchased via the Scavini website within 14 days of receiving the products.

The Customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs — these will not be reimbursed. Returns (including when using the REVER service) are made at the buyer’s own risk.

The above policy applies only to products purchased on our website (www.scavini.fr). We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased on other websites, in our physical store, or from countries where we do not ship directly. You can consult our full return and exchange policy in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Important: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to items in the following categories:

  • Customized items (retouched);
  • Mid-calf socks that have been tried on or come into direct contact with the skin and do not have the original packaging.

 

Returning or Exchanging Using the REVER Service

To make your return, simply click on our CREATE A RETURN page. Indicate the item or items you want to return/exchange, specifying the reason for the return, or the new size desired if you want to exchange. You will receive a UPS return label.

Place all items to be returned/exchanged in their original packaging and the original parcel. Items must be new, unused, and in perfect condition, with all hang tags and labels attached.

Attach the UPS return label to the outside of the box. Contact UPS directly to schedule a pickup.

Please note that returned items are subject to a quality check in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. If the items are returned in perfect condition, we will accept the return and process the exchange or refund the total amount paid, minus the return shipping costs, to the credit card or bank account used for the original purchase.

Returning or Exchanging Without Using the REVER Service

If you cannot or prefer not to use the REVER platform, you can return your package via the carrier of your choice, including a note inside the package with your request, to the following address: LES PANTALONS SCAVINI, 50 Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg, 75007 Paris, France.
