Delivery is offered in Europe (outside the EU) for purchases of 350€ or more (excluding VAT).
About taxes and specific cases
Returns
The Tailor draws the Client’s attention to the fact that the Client is fully responsible for the return shipping costs of the Products — which will therefore not be reimbursed.
Taxes
Orders shipped within the EU are exempt from any additional taxes at the time of delivery.
In accordance with current regulations, the standard VAT of the country of delivery is applied at the time of order.
Orders shipped outside the EU and to French overseas territories are subject to import taxes and customs duties.
You pay for your order without tax (HT) when you finalise it. When your order is imported by DHL Express, you will receive an invoice with the applicable customs duties and taxes for the import of your items.
Minimum order amount for the UK
For tax reasons, we are unable to process orders below €160 excluding VAT to the UK.
