Shipping

What are the shipping times?

Please be informed that orders are processed from Tuesday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and proceed with a refund for the item (and, if necessary, the cancellation of the order).

For orders without altered items

Orders containing no altered items are shipped within 7 business days on average. We do our utmost to process your orders within a reasonable and timely manner.

These lead times may, however, be extended during periods of high demand (sales, new collections, end-of-year holidays). Please note that we are a small, dedicated team, and it may be more difficult to meet our usual deadlines during these particularly busy periods.

For orders with one or more altered items

Orders including one or more altered items are shipped within 10 business days on average.

We remind you that these orders must first be handled by our external tailor, which requires additional time for the alterations. We naturally do our best to process your orders within a reasonable and timely manner.

These lead times may, however, be extended during periods of high demand (sales, new collections, end-of-year holidays). Please note that we are a small, dedicated team, and it may be more difficult to meet our usual deadlines during these particularly busy periods.

How much does shipping cost?

Please be informed that your order will only be shipped after payment and delivery details have been approved. The shipping cost will be displayed directly on the checkout page after the delivery address has been added.

For orders shipped to France

Mondial Relay: Free

Colissimo: €3

DHL Express: €7

For orders shipped within the European Union (EU)

for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain:

Mondial Relay: Free for orders over €150, otherwise €5

Colissimo: €10 (regardless of the order amount)

DHL Express: €15 (regardless of the order amount)

other EU countries,

Colissimo: Free for orders over €150, otherwise €10

DHL Express: €20 (regardless of the order amount)

For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) and to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)

Rest of the World,

DHL Express: Free for orders over €350, otherwise €20 to €50 depending on the destination country.

What duties and taxes will I have to pay?

You can consult our full delivery policy in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, under Article 8 “Information relating to price, taxes and applicable costs”.

For orders shipped within the European Union (EU)

Orders shipped within the EU do not incur any customs duties and are not subject to additional taxes at the time of delivery. The VAT of the delivery country is applied at the time of order, in accordance with current regulations.

For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) and to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)

Orders shipped outside the EU and to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM) may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties, payable upon arrival.

You pay for your order excluding taxes (tax-free) at checkout. Upon importation and customs clearance, the carrier (notably DHL Express) may send you an invoice corresponding to the customs duties, taxes, and fees applicable to the importation of your items (including, where applicable, administrative fees related to formalities).

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs related to customs clearance procedures at the destination.

IMPORTANT: In the event of a delay, refusal, or non-payment of applicable fees leading to the retention of goods by customs and their subsequent return to France, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, as well as all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees incurred, and the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. If these costs exceed the amount initially paid, no refund can be issued.

If the returned goods are lost, damaged, or deemed non-returnable by customs authorities, the refund may be reduced or even canceled.

Before placing an order, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on current import duties and taxes as well as applicable policies.

Is it possible to ship my order to multiple addresses?

For each order, delivery can only be made to a single address.

If you wish to ship items to multiple destinations, you must place separate orders, one for each shipping address.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the shipping address. We therefore encourage you to carefully verify the information provided before confirming your order (name, address, postal code, phone number, email, etc.).

We remind you that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing your order.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, the “In-store Pickup” service, available at checkout, allows you to collect items purchased on our website www.scavini.fr directly from our Ready-to-wear Boutique, located at 50 Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg, 75007 Paris (France).

To do so, simply select the “In-store Pickup” option when placing your order. You will then receive an email notification, as soon as your order is ready to be collected in-store.

We will hold your order in-store for 14 days from the date this email is sent. After this period, if the order has not been picked up and we receive no response to our reminders, we will proceed with the return of the order and a refund of the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products purchased online and collected in-store can also be returned in-store.
