Promotional codes

Unless otherwise stated at the time of communication, a promotional code:

• is valid for one (1) month from its date of issue;
• is personal, non-transferable, and can be used only once;
• cannot be combined with sales and, more generally, with any other promotion, discount, ongoing offer, or automatic benefit applied to the cart;
• does not apply to delivery costs and cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards or gift wrapping;
• must be entered before final validation of the order. No adjustment can be made after payment (retroactive application, partial refund corresponding to the code, issuance of a replacement code), except in the case of an exceptional commercial decision.

IMPORTANT: We may also subject the use of a code to specific conditions (eligible products, minimum purchase amount, reduced duration, etc.), specified when the code is communicated.

If you return a product purchased with a promotional code, the refund is made based on the actual amount paid after the code has been applied, and not on the original price.

In the event of a partial return, if the eligibility conditions for the code are no longer met, we may recalculate the benefit and adjust the refunded amount accordingly.

Yes, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or invalidate the use of a promotional code in the event of non-compliant use with its conditions, attempted fraud, technical anomaly, or manifest error affecting the parameters of the offer.

The welcome code granted upon your subscription to the newsletter is subject to the same conditions as our promotional codes.

The welcome code:

• is valid only for ready-to-wear and cannot be used for made-to-measure;
• can be used only once, on your first online order;
• cannot be combined with sales nor with any other ongoing promotion or discount;
• must be entered at the time of the order, before final validation and payment. It cannot be applied retroactively (after the order has been validated);
• applies only to the amount and conditions in effect at the time your order is placed.

If you have chosen to be refunded in the form of store credit (a code to be used on a future order), this credit constitutes the refund method you requested and accepted. It is therefore not possible to later request a cash refund simply because you change your mind.
