Gift Card

You can purchase a ready-to-wear gift card:

• on our website www.scavini.fr (choice of: digital format sent by email or physical card sent by mail, upon request);
• or directly in our ready-to-wear Boutique.

Gift cards purchased on our website www.scavini.fr or in our ready-to-wear Boutique are only usable for the purchase of ready-to-wear items, available on our website or in our ready-to-wear Boutique.

It is not possible to use the ready-to-wear gift card in the made-to-measure boutique.

You can use the gift card:

• on the website www.scavini.fr, at the time of payment, enter the gift card code in the field provided for this purpose (“promo code or gift card”);
• in the ready-to-wear boutique, by presenting your gift card (or its code) at the time of payment.

If the value of the gift card is insufficient to cover the total amount of the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with one of the other payment methods accepted for the order.

No, gift cards purchased on our website www.scavini.fr (or in our ready-to-wear Boutique) are only valid for the purchase of ready-to-wear items and cannot be used for the purchase of made-to-measure items.

If you wish to offer a gift card dedicated to made-to-measure, we invite you to contact the Made-to-measure Boutique:

The Made-to-measure Boutique will be able to advise you, prepare the card for the desired amount and provide you with instructions for payment.

Yes, you can use multiple gift cards for the same purchase.

No, the same gift card can be used for multiple orders, within the limit of the available balance. With each purchase, the amount paid is automatically deducted from the remaining balance, which you can use for a future order.

Please provide us with your name and the gift card code so that we can respond to you more quickly.

The Scavini gift card is valid for one (1) year from its date of issue.

In case of loss or theft of a Scavini gift card, we invite you to immediately contact our Customer Care:

No, the gift card cannot be converted into cash.

Yes, you can return products purchased with your gift card subject to the return conditions described in Article 15 “Right of withdrawal” of our General Terms and Conditions and detailed on our “Returns and exchanges” page.

Once the return procedure has been followed and completed, the amount due will be refunded to the gift card used for the purchase.

If you wish to return an order that was paid partly with a gift card and partly with another payment method, you will receive a split refund. The amount paid with the gift card will be credited back to the same gift card; the remaining amount will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of the order.

If you only return some products from an order paid partly with a gift card and partly with another payment method, you will receive a split refund. We will first refund the payment method used at the time of purchase and, for any remaining portion, we will issue a new gift card.
