Ongoing incident concerning the payment of your orders
Date: Wednesday 26th 04/23
Our payment provider, PayPlug, is experiencing a technical incident since this morning, 08:00. Payments by credit card are currently impossible.
The service is expected to resume between 6:30pm and 7:30pm (Paris time).
Payments with PayPal and bank transfer are not impacted by this incident.
We apologize for this situation. The technical team of our provider is fully mobilized to solve the problem as soon as possible.
